Alexi Tsioris
Alexi Tsioris, born 1982 in Athens, lives and works in Munich. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 2002-2009, where he was a master student of Professor Nikolaus Gerhart in 2008, a DAAD scholarship took him to Tokyo in 2009. Solo exhibitions were recently shown at gallery Jahn und Jahn, Munich, Livie Gallery, Zurich, and at the Art Pavilion Alter Botanischer Garten in Munich. Alexi Tsioris was awarded the Art Prize of the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in 2011, and the Bavarian Art Promotion Prize for Fine Arts 2019.
